Right of access to public information

Everyone's right to access information held by Public Administrations. The LTAIBG (Law 19/2013) recognises it with limits: national security, personal data, trade secrets, intellectual property. Requests may be submitted without justification. The CTBG (Transparency Council) resolves complaints.
