Two paths, the same discount for your invitee
On both, your invitee gets the same 10% discount. Your share is calculated on the net we receive: excluding VAT, after their discount and after the Stripe fee for each payment. Each client's month is counted from their first paid invoice.

By invitation to the Lexiel founders programme (lawyers, individuals and companies). It cannot be applied for or bought: it is for those who build the product with us.
As a founder you earn 50% of what your invitees pay, forever, as long as you keep your account, use it and they keep paying. If you stop being an active founder, the partner conditions apply.

Partner, apply with the form
Educators, advisory firms, professional bodies, consultants, legal content creators: anyone who is not an active founder. We approve requests by hand.
As a partner you earn 50% of what each client pays during their first 12 months and 20% from month 13. With 10 or more active clients at the same time you move to 30% for life on all of them.
The 30% lifetime rate never lowers a client that is still in its first year (that one stays at 50%). If you drop below 10 active clients, you go back to 50% / 20% per client.

Anyone who subscribes with your invitation pays 10% less on everything they are billed, applied automatically at checkout for as long as they stay subscribed.

After digitally signing the agreement, the system assigns your code and invitation link, with automatic conversion tracking.
Get paid by bank transfer
Each commission is held for 30 days (60 for the invitee's first invoice) to absorb refunds. After that it becomes payable and we transfer it when you request it from your dashboard.
FAQ
Who can become a partner?
Every Lexiel founder, of any profile (lawyer, individual, company or legal profession), has a code and earns 50% forever. Anyone who is not a founder can apply here as a partner and we approve requests by hand: educators, bar association managers, legal consultants, legal content creators, firms with contact networks, etc.
When do I start earning?
Each commission is held for 30 days from collection (60 for your invitee's first invoice) to absorb possible refunds. After that it becomes payable and is transferred to your account when you request it.
Is there any cost for partners?
No. The agreement is free. No entry fee, no exclusivity, no minimums.
What happens if my invitee cancels their subscription?
You stop receiving the commission for that invitee once they stop paying. A refunded invoice cancels its commission. Your other active invitees keep generating commission. Commissions are calculated on the net (excluding VAT and after the Stripe fee), and only while your programme conditions are met. A founder who stops being active moves to the partner conditions (50% for each client's first 12 months, 20% after that and 30% for life with 10 or more active clients).
Can I bring my own firm or company?
Yes. If you are a founder and grow your firm with extra seats, those seats get the same discount and earn your commission. The only thing that earns nothing is what is not charged, such as your own free founder subscription.
Can I refer from any country?
The programme is currently focused on the Spanish market (lawyers registered in Spain). We are evaluating expansion to Latin America in 2026.
