Preferential creditor

Creditor whose claim has priority of payment from the insolvency estate. The TRLC distinguishes: creditors with special privilege (real security over a specific asset), general privilege (wages, taxes, public credit), ordinary (no privilege) and subordinated (shareholders, related-party loans, interest, fines).
