Electronic signature

The eIDAS Regulation (EU 910/2014) distinguishes three levels: simple (electronic data), advanced (linked to the signatory with exclusive control) and qualified (with a qualified trust service provider certificate). Only the qualified type has equivalent effect to a handwritten signature. In Spain: Law 6/2020.
