Nullity of proceedings incident

Extraordinary procedural remedy to challenge the violation of a fundamental right suffered in proceedings when no ordinary appeal remains and before filing a constitutional appeal (amparo) before the Constitutional Court. Must be filed within 20 days of notification of the resolution. The TC doctrine requires exhausting it before admitting amparo.
