Ordinary proceedings
Civil declaratory process for matters exceeding €15,000 or matters determined by law regardless of amount. Consists of claim → defense → preliminary hearing (statement of facts and evidence) → oral hearing → judgment. It is the most rights-protective process in the civil system.
