Tenancy agreement (LAU)

Contract by which the landlord grants use of a property to the tenant in exchange for periodic rent. The LAU regulates residential tenancies (5 years extendable for individuals, 7 for legal entities) and non-residential tenancies. The legal deposit is 1 month for residential and 2 months for non-residential use.
