Provisional enforcement

Enforcement of first-instance judgments under appeal, without waiting for the judgment to become final. Issued at the enforcing party's request; the enforced party may oppose if enforcement could produce a situation that is difficult to reverse. If the judgment is overturned, the effects of provisional enforcement are undone.
