Compulsory purchase / Expropriation

Compulsory deprivation of ownership for public utility or social interest, subject to prior payment of just compensation. The procedure comprises: utility declaration, list of assets, just price determination and occupation deed. The expropriated party may challenge the just price before the Expropriation Jury and, on appeal, the Administrative Court.
