First registration
First registration of a property in the Land Registry. Routes: acquisition deed with the transferor having possessed for two years (Art. 205 LH), notarial ownership proceedings (Art. 203 LH), or Public Administration ownership certificate. First registration creates an entry with suspended efficacy against third parties for 2 years.
