Unlawfully obtained evidence

Evidence obtained in violation of fundamental rights (home inviolability, secrecy of communications, physical integrity). Null and void and cannot have direct or indirect effects (fruit of the poisonous tree, Art. 11.1 LOPJ). Its admission violates the right to a fair trial.
