Suspended sentence

Mechanism allowing the custodial sentence not to be physically executed if requirements are met: sentence ≤2 years, not a repeat offender, civil liabilities satisfied. Suspension period: 2 to 5 years. Conditions may be imposed during suspension. If a new intentional offence is committed, suspension is revoked.
