Pricing FAQs
If I join at the founder price, does it go up when I renew?
The price you join at is the price you renew at. While your subscription stays active your rate does not go up: price rises apply only to people who sign up later. If you cancel and come back, you join at the rate in force then, and changing plan or adding seats is quoted at the new plan's current rate.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during that period at no cost.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle. Upgrades apply immediately.
Do the prices include VAT?
It depends on the plan. The Individual and Individual+ plans are advertised with VAT INCLUDED: the price you see is the price you pay (€10/month is €8.26 net plus 21%, itemised on the invoice). The professional and business plans are advertised EXCLUDING VAT: at checkout Stripe works out the tax due for your country and adds it, 21% for a Spanish customer (€74/month becomes €89.54/month with VAT). If you are a business with an EU VAT number, enter it at checkout and the invoice is issued under the reverse charge. In every case VAT is itemised on the invoice and is deductible for those who can deduct it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfer for annual Team plans.
Is my clients' data safe?
Yes. Lexiel is GDPR compliant. Data is stored on European servers (Germany). We do not use your data to train models. We comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
