Enquiries from individuals: receive requests from the public through the Lexiel directory
Individuals can contact your firm from Lexiel's public directory and their requests land in a dedicated inbox. How it works.
Winning individual clients is slow and expensive: advertising, search engine placement and a website that does not always convert. When an enquiry finally comes, it comes through a form that lands in a generic mailbox and is answered late.
And the person looking for a lawyer does not know whom to choose.
How Lexiel solves it, step by step
Lexiel has a public directory of firms, and individuals can write to you from there.

- Complete your profile in the directory (menu Directory → My directory profile).
- When an individual contacts you from the directory, their request appears in Marketplace requests, within Intake.
- In that inbox you see the list of requests on the left and the detail of the selected one on the right; Refresh reloads the list.
- If you decide to take the person on, you add them as a client in your CRM and open a case.
What it does not do
- It does not guarantee a volume of enquiries: requests depend on the individual finding you and writing.
- The demo account has no requests, which is why the inbox is empty in the screenshot.
