My day: the lawyer's daily summary with overdue deadlines and cases at risk
What Lexiel's My day screen shows every morning: briefing, today's deadlines, meetings, tracked time and cases at risk from inactivity.
You start the day with an inbox and a calendar, and you rebuild the real order of priorities from memory: what is due today, which meeting you have, which case has not been touched for weeks, who you have not invoiced yet.
The case that gets lost is rarely the urgent one, which already has your attention, but the one that stopped having it without anything warning you.
How Lexiel solves it, step by step
My day is the first working screen in Lexiel and gathers in one place what you need to organise the day.
- Open My day from Home. At the top you will see the date and an AI-written briefing summarising the most important points of the firm.
- Below there are four counters: today's deadlines, meetings, time tracked today and overdue deadlines.
- Under Quick tools there are shortcuts to calculators such as deadlines, interest, compensation, seizure, severance and fees.
- Under Cases at risk Lexiel lists the cases with overdue deadlines, days without activity and unbilled hours, each with a score and an attention label.
What it does not do
- The briefing is an AI-generated summary: it is there to orient you, not as a source for a deadline. Check the deadline in the case before acting.
- It does not reorganise your calendar or reassign cases: it shows you where to look.
