Work accident
Any bodily injury suffered by the worker on the occasion of or as a result of work carried out on behalf of another. Includes "in itinere" accidents (on the way to work). Generates a benefit surcharge of 30-50% if safety measures were violated. The replacement benefit is higher than for common illness sick leave.
