Agency agreement

Contract by which an agent undertakes to promote commercial transactions on behalf of a principal permanently in exchange for remuneration. On termination, the agent is entitled to goodwill indemnity if they have built new clientele (at least 1 year of average commissions). Governed by Law 12/1992.
