Constitutional complaint (amparo)

Appeal to the Constitutional Court to protect fundamental rights (Arts. 14-29 and 30.2 CE) violated by a public authority. Requires exhausting ordinary judicial routes and demonstrating special constitutional significance (since LO 6/2007). Only 1-2% of appeals are admitted.
