Administrative judicial review

Appeal before the administrative courts to challenge acts and provisions of Public Administrations. Time limit: 2 months from notification of the act or from the deemed rejection by negative silence. The TSJ Chambers and the National Court hear the most significant cases. Interim suspension of the challenged act may be requested upon filing the appeal.
