Labour conciliation service

Administrative conciliation, mediation and arbitration service for labour disputes. Prior conciliation before SMAC (regional) or SIMA (inter-confederal) is a mandatory procedural requirement before filing a labour claim for contract termination, with exceptions (collective dismissals, fundamental rights). A conciliation agreement has the force of res judicata.
