Statutory minimum wage

Minimum remuneration every worker is entitled to receive, set annually by the Government by Royal Decree. In 2025-2026: €1,184/month (in 14 payments) = €16,576/year (RD 1051/2024, extended to 2026). Reference for salary garnishment calculations.
