Benchmark: Lexiel Scores 98.3% (and 99.3% on the official test)
In February 2026 we tested Lexiel on the 100 questions from the 2024 and 2025 sessions:
| System | Score |
|---|---|
| Lexiel with RAG | 98.3% |
| Maite AI (with RAG) | 96% |
| Claude without RAG | 88% |
| Gemini 2.5 Flash without RAG | 87% |
| ChatGPT-4o without RAG | ~71% |
Two tests, two numbers: The 98.3% is the result on the 100 questions from 2024+2025. The official benchmark uses 150 questions from three sessions (2023+2024+2025) and yields 99.3%, harder because it includes more jurisdictional competence questions (LOPJ) where the model has more margin for error. Both figures are real. The 2 wrong answers from the 100-question test and all 7 from the 150-question test are documented on the benchmark page.
The gap between 88% and 98.3% is exactly the specific Spanish case law knowledge, the point where most candidates also fail in the real exam.
